First to secure that the synchronizing transmission software, Palm Desktop version4.01 or updated versions on Palm System or ActiveSync3.5 or updated version on Pocket PC, has been installed in your computer, you can then connect your PDA to the computer and ascertain the connection works normally.

Simultaneously download the above data to your PDA

As for Palm, select the data you downloaded in your local computer in Step Two, and synchronize data on Palm Desktop with Palm by way of Palm Desktop software.

As for Pocket PC, select the data you downloaded in your local computer in Step Two, and synchronize data on Palm Desktop with Palm via ActiveSync software.
