Invitation Application

Canton Fair invites overseas buyers by two kinds of Invitation, one is called E-invitation and the other is Paper Invitation Card.
With the Invitation, overseas buyers could:

• Apply for Visa to China.
• Get registered and free entry badge to the Fair.

Overseas buyers could apply invitation for Canton Fair through:

• BEST (Buyer E-Service Tool)
  Regular Buyers go>>>
  New Buyers go>>>
• the Foreign Liaison Department, China Foreign Trade Centre
• the Economic & Commercial Counsellor's Office of the Embassy (Consulate) of P.R. China in your country, or contact the cooperative partners of the Fair

* For Local Representatives without Canton Fair’s Invitation for Foreign Company's Representative Office in China, admission fee (RMB300 / person / day) and relevant documents are required.
